Jami is a Pueblo real estate broker who is native to the area and loves her little town! Prior to Real Estate, Jami was a Dental Hygienist. At 27 she bought her first investment property & that sparked her love for Real Estate.

She studied & received her license in Real Estate with the intention of learning about the marketplace so she could buy more investments.

In 2002-2004 she subdivided 3 parcels of land and started working with a local home builder to put new construction homes on them and the rest is history! She has also had her license as an appraiser and contractor.

Jami has maintained her Real Estate license for over 21 years. Jami loves buying homes, working out, Sunday movies with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.

Raised just South of Pueblo in Colorado City, Alea grew up very involved in the community with a passion for people and the small town culture. She very much enjoys a busy lifestyle where she is always running her teenage daughter to her sports and events and loves making the most of every moment. She has great attention to detail and enthusiasm for people which makes her career in real estate that much more exciting!

Caitlin was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado, and graduated from CSU-Pueblo with a BA in Business Marketing. She spent 6 years working in the broadcast media industry as a Digital Coordinator. She decided to join Real Estate because she wanted to use her skills to help play a meaningful role in others’ lives and help them buy or sell houses in Pueblo. Her hobbies include exercise and fitness, watching movies, reading, and everything about hockey! Her favorite thing about being a part of the Jami Baker Orr team is building relationships and knowing that every day is different.

Kennedy moved to Pueblo from the Western Slope of Colorado to be closer to family, with a professional background in titling, project management and estimating, she found herself being drawn to Real Estate and the idea of helping people with their home buying and selling needs and making an impact on the community. She enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her dogs and husband. Kennedy is excited to be a part of the Jami Baker Orr Team because of the passionate and dedicated people and having the opportunity to learn from the best!

Joining us from the Web Design industry, Will holds a bachelors in Graphic Design and joins our team as our in house photographer and Team Liaiason. Born in Florida and relocated to Colorado as a kid,he moved away in 2018 for college and has found his way back to his roots. Will loves hiking and rock climbing and spending time with his wife. He is looking forward to his time in real estate expanding his marketing and photography career and learning about an ever changing market. He is looking forward to reacquainting himself with the Southern Colorado community with the Jami Baker Orr Team.

Born and raised in Pueblo, Jay is a real estate broker who enjoys helping his clients find the best properties for the best prices. Growing up, he spent most of his life on a small ranch raising beef cattle. In 2017 he obtained his Associates in Applied Sciences in welding and worked at Vestas as a Tacker. He has a passion for people and customer service, so he continued his education and obtained his Real Estate license. While having grown up around Real Estate, he was excited to join the Jami Baker Orr Team. Jay showed he made the right choice by closing 18 deals in the first 6 months as a Broker Associate. While he’s not working Jay loves working out, fishing & welding.

Christie joined our team at the very start of 2025. As a 25-year-long Pueblo native and with over 11 years in real estate, she is a wonderful contribution to our team. Christie participates in the board of our Real Estate market as well as many philanthropic services around the Pueblo area. She has a heart for everyone and enjoys time with her family and bringing joy to others.

Monica comes to Colorado from the Midwest originally but spent most of her life on the West Coast where she raised her two daughters. She landed in Colorado after falling in love with the mountains and nature and less bustle than big cities. She has worked in home staging for 10 years where she got her foot into the door of real estate. She enjoys DIY projects and being creative; whether on a canvas or through interior decorating. She is excited to be a part of the team because her first impression was such an amazing sense of community and purpose.

We are excited to have a Colorado Springs native on the team! Jenn is born and raised in Springs and is a huge asset to our expansion north. With a background in operations in the medical field, she excels at organization through the real estate process. After her own bad experience with a real estate transaction, she decided she was going to provide others with a much better experience. She loves spending time with her family and hosting big dinners and attending events of her kids and their hobbies. Jenn is looking forward to helping the Jami Baker Orr Team expand all across Colorado Springs and bring great real estate experiences to all of her clients.

ShiAnn was born and raised in Pueblo and attended CSUP where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and was on the Volleyball team. Right out of college she became a personal trainer where she enjoyed helping people and an opportunity led her into real estate. Mentoring under Jay Baker, Shi got her license and joined the team. Shi has a Siberian Husky child, Anakin, and loves spending time with her. She is thankful to be on the Jami Baker Orr Team so that she can grow in real estate by being surrounded by go-getters who are amazing people!

Dave was born and raised in Pueblo, CO. where he worked in manufacturing and for the department of corrections before deciding to get into real estate. He always had a spirit for marketing and sales and thought it would be a great opportunity to utilize his natural gifts as well as help the community. Being a part of Pueblo his whole life, he loves seeing the progress made and wants to be a part of the growth of his hometown. Dave is a father of two boys that he adores spending time with them along with fishing and playing his guitars.
